Marvin Steinlauf, See notes.
There are so many Steinlauf’s we never can keep them straight, but Pageant spectators of other years will remember them well. They are the brother (and possibly uncles and nephews) whose contributions to the past carnivals have included bikes made from beds, sewing machines, even shotguns! Anything that metal and has the appearance of pipe is considered sufficient material for a new Steinlauf invention. Their vehicles always are completely furnished, often with radios and telephones, sometimes wash basins.
Well, there’s going to be a new Steinlauf in Sunday’s show. His first name is Marvin and he is only 2. He lives 4041 Jackson, and, if you don’t think he actually can ride a two-wheeled bicycle already, just come out Sunday and see for yourself.
