If I was speculating I would say the woman in the middle of the doorway was one of Yitzchak Yaakov Karl Koppel's three older sisters, Leni, Julie, or Gisella. The young girl on the left side of the doorway could be his daughter, Pessel "Paula", and the young girl on the right in the front of the building could be his younger daughter, Miriam.
