Beryl Barnet Yellin

Wonderful to see this picture of my mother's (Esther Yellen Steinlauf Z"L) uncle Berel Yellin Z"L. He was know as "the uncle." Once in a while he would come from Aurora to visit when we lived on Roosevelt Rd. The mood in our house was that royalty was coming over. My mother had reverence for him, as she did for his brother, my Zaidy, who died shortly before I was born.
