Unknown pic from Portnoy Family Album - PTDC0341

This picture is a mystery.
1. Don't really understand who it's from.
2. The English on the left says, "Shika's Family" I think. But if it was Shaya Balabans family it wouldn't be from Chicago and the names don't match.
3. Can't find the front.
4. There's one picture of Shaya and Shlema that has a corner missing like this one in the Cohen family album.
5. No pictures match this shape, with the missing corner in the Portnoy album.
6. This back of the photo is not next to a picture in the online album that matches.
