    Oh goodness! This is a picture of Jim's father and mother Abe and Tillie Lowe in Munich, just after their wedding in 1946 or 1947(?) They were living near the NeuFreimann Displaced Persons Camp.
    This picture probably came from Gene Hersh, who was Tillie's only relative that survived the war. Gene's mother was Regina Kuchinska who had married a man named Hershkovitz. Regina was Tillie's oldest sister, we think.
    This is a wonderful picture. Abe and Tillie seem very happy, and on their way to rebuilding their life by emigrating to America and having two sons, Jim and Kenny.
