Salek Jakubowicz Yad Vashem (wrong) Page of Testimony

Salek's brother, Meyer (Bernard's father) filled this out thinking his brother was murdered by the Nazis. They both survived, Meyer living in MA and Salek in PA. They both went to the grave not knowing that the other had survived.
