Unknown Bleier from Italy 1949

How do we even know if this is even a Bleier and not a Weiss?

Olga had two siblings:
1. Geza Bleier from Brooklyn, NY
2. Katya Bleier from Reading, England and Vincensa (near Padwa), Italy. She married a non Jewish professor and had no children.
