The two woman are Bubby Brina’s two sisters at her father’s grave in Tiktin.

They were murdered in the Holocaust in Tiktin, Poland and are buried in the mass grave in the forest.

Translation, "Dear sister (Brina), Rachel and Devora sending you the yahrtzeit (picture of the matzeva/headstone). This was made with your money. You should be blessed."
