My dad’s cousin Nathan Kishinevskiy, my aunts Fira and Dosia, my mother, Rose Shataiko Komar and another cousin Nathan who was killed in the WWII. He was the brother of Reizl, Yasha, Mara, Leah, and Rosia. He had two young daughters whom aunt Reizl adopted and raised as her own. They lived in Kishinev, Moldova and my parents and I often visited them. It was one friendly and warm family.
